About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience for students interested in youth sports development. You will spend roughly half your time leading soccer sessions for children and the other half supporting business, marketing, and community event tasks. This is a paid, full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and general business operations.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
- Gain hands-on experience in the daily management of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for making a positive impact on children through fitness and sports.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to travel to coaching sites and our office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

- Location: Annapolis, Maryland.
- Term: August 17, 2026, through December 4, 2026.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a split between on-site coaching and office work.
