About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in both youth sports coaching and business operations. You will spend half of your time leading soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old and the other half supporting office functions. This role runs from August 17 to December 4, 2026, and requires at least 30 hours per week, including weekend availability.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support various marketing initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Represent the company at community events.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to travel to sites and the office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Pursuing studies in Marketing or Business Administration.

- This position is based in Columbia, Maryland, with a hybrid work format involving on-field coaching and office work.
- This is a paid internship offering between $13.25 and $17.95 per hour.
- The role is full-time for the Fall 2026 term.
