About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will spend roughly half your time leading soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years. The rest of your time involves supporting business operations, marketing, and community events. This is a paid, part-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Support marketing initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
- Assist with community events.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for travel to coaching sites and the office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- Location: Annapolis, Maryland.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, involving both on-site coaching and office work.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4, 2026).
- Compensation: $13.25 to $17.95 per hour.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
