About the role#
This role splits your time between digital marketing and youth sports coaching. You will spend half of your week building marketing campaigns to grow the business and the other half on the field leading soccer sessions for children. This is a paid, hybrid position based in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Create social media content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Design promotional materials like flyers and banners using Canva.
- Manage customer databases and CRM platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns, Google Ads, and SEO updates.
- Analyze marketing performance to suggest improvements.
- Identify and recruit new schools, childcare centers, and community partners.
- Assist with community events and marketing campaigns that drive enrollment.
- Lead Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2-8 using our curriculum.
- Teach soccer skills and character development to build confidence and teamwork.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- A creative and organized approach to tasks.
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting the community.
- Reliable transportation.
- No prior coaching or soccer experience is required, as we provide all training.
Location & details#
- Location: Levittown, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week, with flexible options.
- Benefits: Tuition reimbursement of up to $1,200 is available upon completion of 500 hours.
