About the role#
We are looking for a Mechanical Intern to join our team in Fort Worth. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with a rolling term. You will work alongside our engineering staff to support technical projects and learn our design policies and procedures.
What you'll do#
- Assist the engineering staff with technical activities on assigned projects.
- Participate in technical studies, investigations, and designs under supervision.
- Help the project team produce project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to learn the basics of design and analysis within the discipline.
- Potential for long-term growth and employment at the firm.
- Proficiency in using a computer to manage email and produce documents.
- Ability to traverse and navigate construction sites to inspect contractor work.
- Ability to manipulate plans and lift up to 30 pounds.
