About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Electrical Intern position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking for a student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering who shows potential for long-term growth within our firm.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering staff with technical activities on assigned projects.
- Learn our specific technical policies and procedures.
- Participate in technical studies, investigations, and design tasks under supervision.
- Support the project team during the production phase.
- Visit construction sites to inspect the work completed by contractors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering program.
- A demonstrated ability to learn the basics of design and analysis.
- Proficiency with computers for email and document production.
- The ability to navigate construction sites.
- The physical ability to manipulate plans and lift up to 30 pounds.
