About the role#
The Student Intern will support various initiatives across the Human Resources function. This position provides hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where you will work with HR professionals to support business and employee needs. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of HR while developing analytical skills and an understanding of the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support HR initiatives and activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other business materials.
- Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders on assignments.
- Participate in meetings, document action items, and support follow-up activities.
- Maintain and organize HR-related information, records, and documentation.
- Assist with special assignments as business needs evolve.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Communications, Sociology, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
