About the role#
The HR Intern will support a variety of initiatives across the Human Resources function. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of HR while contributing to activities that support both business and employee needs. This internship provides hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where you will work with HR professionals to develop your business acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support various HR initiatives and activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other business materials.
- Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders on a variety of assignments.
- Participate in meetings, document action items, and support follow-up activities.
- Maintain and organize HR-related information, records, and documentation.
- Assist with special assignments as business needs evolve.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Communications, Sociology, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
