About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to work with real enterprise data pipelines and multi-source data integration. You will gain hands-on exposure to API consumption, JSON data structures, and cloud-based data environments. The role focuses on translating business questions into structured analytical approaches while developing skills in dashboard design and data storytelling.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Document data sources, methodology, findings, and limitations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate insights.
- Assist with process improvement by automating manual reporting tasks.
- Support light data engineering tasks, including API data pulls, JSON parsing, and data validation scripts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience working with structured data, including JSON.
- Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI.
- Basic exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new tools and business concepts.
