About the role#
This internship offers the chance to work on real-world projects that impact our organization. You will gain experience by balancing a primary project with daily tasks, helping you understand core business processes. You will also build cross-functional relationships across different departments.
What you'll do#
- Complete a project that addresses a real business challenge related to your field of study.
- Present your project findings to your team and senior leaders at the end of the summer.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by finding ways to reduce waste.
- Help develop and implement team programs, policies, and concepts.
- Maintain familiarity with quality, security, and office operating systems.
- Perform tasks to support overall business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Agriculture.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
