About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work on real-world projects that impact the organization. You will build cross-functional relationships with other departments while gaining professional experience. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete a solution-seeking project based on a real-day problem that aligns with your major.
- Present your project findings to the team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Perform background work to understand the fundamentals of company processes.
- Develop a continuous improvement culture to refine processes and reduce waste.
- Participate in the development and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in a related field, such as Business Administration.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
- Willingness to lead and offer opinions.
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours and lift at least 10 pounds.
