About the role#
This is a paid, part-time internship for students pursuing a career in pharmacy. You will gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting, learning how to manage daily operations while supporting patient health and wellness. This role offers flexible scheduling and on-the-job training to help you prepare for your future as a pharmacist.
What you'll do#
- Welcome every customer who enters the pharmacy.
- Maintain patient privacy and manage consent requirements.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Advise patients on their health needs.
- Manage over-the-counter product inventory.
- Apply your knowledge of disease management and medication treatments.
- Learn the operational aspects of running a retail pharmacy.
