Pharmacy Student, Hourly Part Time Flexible Shifts

About the role#

This position offers pharmacy students practical experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will work under a local Associate-Owner, gaining exposure to the expanding roles of the community pharmacist while balancing academic commitments with flexible, part-time shifts.

What you'll do#

• Acknowledge and assist all customers who approach the pharmacy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain strict adherence to privacy requirements, including customer confidentiality and consent management.
• Participate in community pharmacy activities and store operations.
• Enhance your knowledge of disease state management, drug therapy, and over-the-counter (OTC) products.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration programs.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare workers.
• A solid understanding of pharmacy operations and OTC product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
