This position offers practical experience for students pursuing careers in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration. You will work within a community pharmacy setting, gaining real-world training to complement your academic studies while working for a local business owner supported by a national brand.
What you'll do#
- Deliver health, beauty, and convenience services to the community.
- Provide an exceptional experience for pharmacy customers.
- Support the store's Health and Wellness philosophy.
- Acknowledge all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Ensure all privacy requirements, including confidentiality and consent management, are met.
- Maintain clear visibility to the public while on duty.
- Develop skills in patient communication, OTC product knowledge, and disease state management.
- Learn the operational skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy.

- Enrollment in a relevant program such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
