About the role#
This position offers pharmacy students practical experience within a community retail setting. You will work under a local business owner to support patient care and pharmacy operations. The role provides hands-on training to supplement your academic studies.
What you'll do#
- Greet and assist all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Maintain strict privacy standards, including customer confidentiality and consent management.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Participate in community pharmacy practice and disease state management.
- Provide patient counseling and guidance on health products.
- Manage daily tasks within the retail pharmacy environment.
