About the role#
This position offers practical experience for pharmacy students within a community retail setting. You will work under a local Associate-Owner while gaining exposure to the daily operations of a pharmacy. This role is designed to help you prepare for a career as a pharmacist by bridging the gap between academic studies and real-world practice.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy counter.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and manage consent processes.
- Ensure all privacy requirements are followed.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Learn about over-the-counter products, disease state management, and drug therapy.
- Develop patient counseling and communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Pharmaceutical Sciences program as a future pharmacist.
- An interest in providing a high-quality shopping and service experience for pharmacy customers.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Part-time, flexible shifts.
- Compensation: $22.00 - $28.75 per hour, depending on experience and location.
