About the role#
This position offers practical training for pharmacy students within a community pharmacy setting. You will gain experience in retail pharmacy management while learning about the evolving role of the community pharmacist. You will work in a locally owned store while receiving the support of a national brand.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality and consent to ensure all privacy requirements are met.
- Maintain a professional appearance so you are clearly identifiable to the public.
- Engage in patient counseling and manage over-the-counter product recommendations.
- Participate in practical training to enhance your knowledge of drug therapy and disease state management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a pharmacy program.
- An interest in community pharmacy practice and patient care.

- Employment type: Part-time with flexible shifts.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.75 per hour.
