About the role#
This position offers pharmacy students practical experience within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a retail environment designed to supplement your academic studies with real world training. You will gain exposure to the daily operations of a pharmacy and learn about the roles of a community pharmacist.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage privacy requirements, including patient confidentiality and consent.
- Maintain a clear and professional presence for the public.
- Learn to manage a retail pharmacy operation.
- Improve your communication skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.
- Expand your knowledge of OTC products, drug therapy, disease state management, and patient counseling.

- Current enrollment in a pharmacy program.

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.75 per hour.
