About the role#
This position offers practical experience for future pharmacists within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a locally owned store while receiving the support of a national brand. What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality, consent, and privacy requirements.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Develop your communication skills with patients, staff, and other health care workers.
- Gain knowledge regarding OTC products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
- Learn the operational skills needed to manage a retail pharmacy.
