About the role#
This position offers practical experience for future pharmacists within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a retail environment designed to supplement your academic studies with real-world training. You will report to a local Associate-Owner while receiving the support of a national brand.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Maintain privacy standards, including patient confidentiality and consent management.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Engage in community pharmacy practice to support health and wellness services.
- Improve your communication skills by interacting with patients, store employees, and other health care workers.
- Build knowledge regarding OTC products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
- Learn the operational skills required to manage a retail pharmacy.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.75 per hour, based on experience and location.
