About the role#
This position offers pharmacy students practical, hands-on experience within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a local store to support health and convenience services while learning about the evolving role of community pharmacists. The role focuses on field training to supplement your education and prepare you for future practice.
What you'll do#
- Welcome all customers who enter the pharmacy.
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management.
- Remain easily recognizable to the public while on duty.
- Develop communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Gain knowledge regarding over-the-counter products, disease management, and medication treatments.
- Learn the skills required to manage a retail pharmacy.

- Current enrollment as a student in pharmaceutical sciences.
