About the role#
The Management and Sales Internship is a 10-12 week paid summer program. You will work in a retail store to gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations. The role includes traveling with a Sales Representative to learn about outside sales and working with leadership on a team-based project that addresses real business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Provide friendly and professional customer assistance in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain product displays and offer recommendations to customers.
- Develop product knowledge and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Restock shelves and support general inventory management.
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and product mixing.
- Unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
- Participate in training and follow company policies.
- Support team members with customer concerns.
- Collaborate on a team project to solve business issues.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a current or rising Junior or Senior in a college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
