Marketing Analyst Intern

About the role#

As a Marketing Analyst Intern, you will serve as an extension of the marketing team, focusing on research, tracking, and analytical work for consumer programs. This role involves managing execution and analysis across giveaways, surveys, and special marketing projects. You will be responsible for bringing structure to campaigns, surfacing data-driven insights, and utilizing AI tools to support marketing operations.

What you'll do#

• Support the end-to-end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns, including coordinating with cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and structured reporting templates, tracking key metrics such as DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze post-campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
• Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing communication, creative, and channel performance.
• Conduct market research to compare programs against industry standards and competitor activities.
• Assist with data pulls and provide recommendations to optimize future marketing strategies.

What you'll need#

• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data-driven marketing practices and the ability to synthesize performance reports into insights.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Redash/SIA or similar platforms, as well as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance research, drafting, and analysis.
• Previous internship or academic experience involving campaign management and marketing analytics.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to work in agile, matrixed team environments.
