This internship provides hands-on experience in IT service delivery and operational support. You will work directly with the IT Operations team to resolve end-user issues, maintain hardware inventory, and contribute to internal process improvements. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in IT.
What you'll do#
- Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets using Jira.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user device issues on both macOS and Windows platforms.
- Assist with the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals.
- Provision user accounts and configure systems for new hires.
- Manage offboarding tasks, including equipment collection and access removal.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT assets.
- Support the team with ongoing projects related to system improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud-based tools, specifically Google Workspace.
- Interest in learning IT ticketing systems, MDM platforms, and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Compensation: 700 USD monthly gross.
