About the role#
The Marketing Communications Analyst Intern will support cross-channel marketing efforts, focusing on campaign execution, content strategy, and performance analytics. This role involves working across email, SMS, app messaging, and push notifications to drive measurable results. You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, evaluating efficacy through engagement metrics and A/B testing.
What you'll do#
- Support the deployment of integrated campaigns using data analytics and CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using dashboards, focusing on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate on the creation of tailored content aligned with behavioral and demographic segmentation.
- Track and flag potential risks in project workflows and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure campaign accuracy through quality assurance protocols and stakeholder alignment.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in data-driven marketing practices and the ability to synthesize performance insights.
- Foundational experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Braze, and Figma.
- Competence in short-form copywriting and campaign asset quality assurance.
- Ability to utilize AI to drive operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated experience working with large language model tools.
- Current or recent enrollment in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Science, Psychology, Statistics, Graphic Design, or Computer Science.
