Marketing Communications Analyst Intern

About the role#

As a Marketing Communications Analyst Intern, you will play a central role in driving measurable performance across cross-channel marketing efforts. This position is designed for a data-focused individual to gain experience in omni-channel campaign execution, content strategy, and performance analytics. You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns across email, SMS, app messaging, and push notifications, evaluating their efficacy through KPIs such as engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.

What you'll do#

• Support the deployment of integrated campaigns using data analytics across CRM tools.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using dashboards and structured reporting templates.
• Collaborate on the creation of tailored content aligned with behavioral and demographic segmentation.
• Provide insight-driven recommendations based on historical performance data and benchmark trends.
• Track and flag potential risks in project workflows, recommending preventive measures to mitigate delays.
• Ensure campaign accuracy through quality assurance protocols and stakeholder alignment.

What you'll need#

• Proficiency in data-driven marketing practices and the ability to synthesize insights from performance reports.
• Foundational experience in tools such as Redash, Excel, and Braze.
• Competence in short-form copywriting and campaign asset quality assurance.
• Ability to utilize AI to drive operational efficiencies, with demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language models.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Ability to work in agile teams with multiple inputs and quick turnarounds.
