Marketing Analyst Intern

About the role#

As a Marketing Analyst Intern, you will serve as an extension of the marketing team, focusing on research, tracking, and analytical work for consumer programs. This role involves managing execution and analysis across giveaways, surveys, and special marketing projects. You will be expected to bring structure to campaigns, surface data-driven insights, and utilize AI tools to support marketing operations.

What you'll do#

• Support the end-to-end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns, including coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using dashboards and structured reporting templates, tracking metrics such as DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze post-campaign performance, summarize results, and provide recommendations for future campaign optimization.
• Evaluate communication, creative, and channel performance within CRM tools like Braze.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to compare programs against industry standards.
• Assist with data pulls and identify opportunities to collaborate with the Merchant team to drive app installs.

What you'll need#

• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data-driven marketing practices and the ability to synthesize performance insights.
• Foundational experience with tools such as Redash/SIA, Excel/Google Sheets, Braze, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate research, draft copy, and build analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and using data to inform decision-making.

• Location: Remote (Canada).
• Term: Rolling.
• Compensation: 700 USD monthly gross.
• Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
