About the role#
As an LTL Account Management Associate, you will support client accounts with their less-than-truckload shipping needs. This role involves quoting, tracking, and appointing orders while maintaining customer relationships within the transportation industry. You will work closely with Logistics Account Managers to resolve issues and plan based on current market conditions.
What you'll do#
- Manage logistics processes and provide direct customer support.
- Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Perform maintenance for both customers and carriers.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing purchase orders and preparing sales goal reports.
- Meet with the sales team to discuss departmental and individual goals.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of various sales and marketing disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems as they arise.
- Availability to work 25 to 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- This is an on-site, rolling internship.
