About the role#
This co-op position provides hands-on experience within the manufacturing sector. You will participate in projects and job rotations to gain exposure to technical processes. The role requires you to work independently on assigned tasks while remaining open to instruction and following quality policies.
What you'll do#
- Support core training functions including recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and skill development.
- Create instructional videos for machines and production guides.
- Ensure training content remains clear, accurate, and consistent with instructional standards.
- Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies.
- Assist with the development of various learning materials and projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
