About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position based on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on specific projects throughout your rotation, starting with a project charter and description during onboarding. You will gain direct insight into manufacturing, design, and technological processes while contributing to our quality objectives.
What you'll do#
- Define and document process parameters.
- Support design efforts for product development.
- Quantify and lead actions to reduce scrap.
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of machinery in high-volume work areas.
- Learn and follow the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures.
- Deliver key results in your assigned area by the end of your rotation.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to achieving results and solving problems.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
