About the role#
The Human Resources Co-op works with the HR team to support daily operations and various projects. This role provides hands-on experience and builds a foundation in HR processes. You will strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills while contributing to the employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including day-one activities and processing I-9 and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records through file management and document quality checks.
- Coordinate recruiting tasks such as candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
- Handle employment verification requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a key user for HR administration systems and work with IT or Information Management as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle professional communication via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience with SAP is appreciated.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
