About the role#
This is a full-time, paid engineering co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Wooster, Ohio. You will receive a specific project description during your onboarding process, which may include tasks such as job rotations, hands-on training, and exposure to manufacturing and technological processes.
What you'll do#
- Define and document process parameters.
- Support design efforts for product development.
- Quantify and lead actions to reduce scrap.
- Understand and follow the Quality Policy and Procedures.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to achieving results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems assertively.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move thirty pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
