About the role#
This is a full-time engineering co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a paid role.
What you'll do#
- Complete specific projects assigned during your onboarding.
- Define and document process parameters.
- Assist with design efforts for product development.
- Quantify and lead initiatives to reduce scrap.
- Follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures.
- Contribute to the team's quality objectives.
- Participate in hands-on training and job rotations to learn our manufacturing processes.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 per semester.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to achieving results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems assertively.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to thirty pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
