About the role#
This co-op position offers practical experience within the Engine or Chassis departments. You will work on an engineering project tied to current research and development initiatives. You will work alongside our engineering team every day to contribute to technical projects.
What you'll do#
- Integrate mechatronics systems and components, including sizing, reviewing specifications, and creating wire harnesses.
- Perform circuit design, analysis, and testing, including PCBA prototyping and analog filtering.
- Conduct market research on electrical engineering products, perform benchmarks, and manage documentation.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Participate in hands-on training and job rotations to learn about our manufacturing and technology processes.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A GPA of 2.5 or higher per semester.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move 30 pounds and sit at a workstation for extended periods.
