About the role#
Schaeffler is hiring a Business Co-Op for the Summer 2027 term. This position provides exposure to manufacturing and technological processes through hands-on training, projects, and job rotation. You will work on-site in Wooster, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Assist with human resource tasks, including recruiting and scheduling.
- Support controlling functions by analyzing budgets, reporting, and creating process documentation.
- Build business cases for new product production.
- Contribute to purchasing and quality strategy roadmaps.
- Learn and apply the company Quality Policy and Procedures to meet quality objectives.
- Work independently while remaining open to instruction and feedback.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an academic degree in Business Administration.
- You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher each semester.
- You have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are self-motivated, assertive in problem-solving, and able to prioritize tasks.
- You can sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
