About the role#
This is a part-time student position at the Churchbridge Home Centre. You will work on-site to assist customers and maintain store operations.
What you'll do#
- Process transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.
- Provide full service at the fuel pumps, which includes dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
- Load, secure, deliver, and unload building material orders for customers.
- Prepare customer orders by cutting and measuring products.
- Unload incoming freight.
- Stock and face products throughout the store and yard.
What you'll need#
- A valid Class 5 driver license.
- Retail experience in customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and mobile equipment like forklifts.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.
- Availability to work all scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to be available for call-ins.
