About the role#
As a Dairy Queen Crew Member, you will serve as a brand ambassador in Macklin. You will focus on delivering quality service to our fans while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, paid position open to students and those pursuing Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Prepare food products quickly and accurately while following health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain grill, fryer, and freezer equipment safely.
- Stock and set up the grill area for daily operations.
- Resolve fan concerns calmly using service recovery standards.
- Greet fans and provide timely, quality service.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with your team and management.
What you'll need#
- Ability to communicate positively with fans and co-workers throughout your shift.
- Capacity to work well under pressure while keeping a good attitude.
- Comfort standing for your entire shift and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience or comfort handling raw, frozen, and cooked food products.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and local health regulations.
- Good manners, proper personal hygiene, and punctuality.
