About the role#
Sanhua International USA is looking for a Logistics Operations Intern to help with daily warehouse and supply chain tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in receiving, shipping, and inventory control. This role is based on-site in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, and is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Schedule inbound shipments and manage container arrivals.
- Check packing lists against receiving documents and physical inventory.
- Keep inventory records accurate within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support truck loading and verify shipping accuracy.
- Use WMS software to assist with daily warehouse operations.
- Help prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
- Participate in cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have recently finished a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- You communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
- You can manage multiple tasks at once.
