About the role#
SageSure is seeking a Learning & Culture Intern to join our People Team. This position is based in our Jersey City office. You will work with People Team leaders, IT, Facilities, and Communications to analyze data, evaluate trends, and support messaging that shapes how our employees work and connect. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI, internal communications, and culture-building.
What you'll do#
- Assist with strategic projects that enhance distributed work, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
- Help prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership to inform workplace design and culture strategy.
- Draft, edit, and organize internal communications for People Team programs and engagement activities.
- Support communication planning by building message calendars, audience maps, stakeholder updates, FAQs, and talking points.
- Translate survey findings and leadership priorities into clear, concise communications for email, intranet, and manager toolkits.
- Contribute to process improvements that help teams collaborate more effectively.
- Partner with People, IT, and Facilities teams to analyze data on workplace utilization and employee engagement.
- Use AI tools to analyze workforce data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
- Support the development of dashboards, surveys, and reports to measure workplace effectiveness.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on topics such as office usage, hybrid work patterns, and collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework in AI, such as applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Domo, survey platforms, or statistical tools is a plus.
- Experience drafting or editing communications for employee, student, campus, nonprofit, or workplace audiences.
- Strong attention to tone, audience, grammar, and brand voice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and workplace experience.
