About the role#
The Operations Partnership team is an international group within P&WC Operations. We focus on operational performance and support our key partners globally. You will join this team to help manage the oversight of engine programs throughout their development and production cycles.
What you'll do#
- Improve digital workflows and automation processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify their data and reporting requirements.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Create manuals and guides as needed.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Automate recurring reports and KPI tracking.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Webcon and other integrated systems.
- Develop and document KPIs that align with business objectives.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, and API integration.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Understanding of reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data structures.
- Programming knowledge and an interest in AI for report automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of English to understand technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain clearances for handling controlled goods.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday.
