About the role#
This Contracts Coop position supports the Services & Specialty Products Contracts team within the Interiors business. You will work alongside Contracts Managers and Administrators to gain experience in the contract lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration. This role is open for the Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Organize electronic files within a new repository tool.
- Provide administrative support for specific customers or programs.
- Assist with the review of contract terms.
- Create and update internal tools using Microsoft applications.
- Complete special projects for the Contracts team.
- Connect and network with peers across the organization.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

- This is a full-time, paid, remote position based in Illinois.
