About the role#
This internship provides experience in international tax strategies for businesses operating across borders. You will work with various clients to build tax solutions and support engagements. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2028 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide clients with strategic tax solutions focused on inbound and outbound structuring.
- Complete tax planning and research tasks.
- Develop an understanding of transfer pricing, worldwide tax minimization, and accounting for income taxes.
- Assist with foreign assignment planning and IFRS/GAAP convergence.
- Demonstrate knowledge of foreign tax credits.
- Collaborate with teams to build cross-border tax strategies for businesses.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.A., B.S., or J.D. degree program with an Accounting major.
- Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
