About the role#
As a Security Analyst Intern at our Middle River facility, you will support our security team in protecting personnel, assets, and intellectual property. You will work alongside mentors and other professionals to apply industry concepts to real-world challenges. This role involves contributing to physical security, program security, and enterprise risk management initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Develop security education materials.
- Conduct intelligence and risk assessments.
- Perform research on network infrastructure.
- Support physical security operations.
- Lead development projects independently.
- Collaborate across various teams to deliver results.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors to discuss progress and learning.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an associate, bachelor, master, or doctorate degree program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a related field.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least 3 months of general work experience.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
- Experience in the aerospace or tech industry is preferred.
- Military experience, active duty, reserves, or ROTC participation is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Middle River, Maryland.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
