About the role#
As a Security Analyst Intern, you will join our security department in Albuquerque. You will support the team in protecting personnel, assets, and intellectual property. This role involves physical security, program security, and enterprise risk management. You will work alongside mentors to gain technical and professional experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the Security Team in developing security education materials.
- Conduct intelligence and risk assessments.
- Perform network infrastructure research and physical security tasks.
- Lead specific development projects.
- Apply industry concepts to solve real-world security challenges.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with supervisors to track progress and learning.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an associate, bachelor, master, or doctorate program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a similar field.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of general work experience, including internships or project work.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks starting in early 2027.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
- Military experience (active duty, reserves, or ROTC) is preferred.
- Experience in the aerospace or tech industry is preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
- Relocation: A stipend may be available to subsidize relocation costs.
