About the role#
The Special Projects team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will work on high-priority initiatives ranging from new product development to supporting emerging business growth. This role involves partnering with product, engineering, research, and finance teams to drive projects forward. You will be expected to tackle complex problems that do not have a pre-existing playbook.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, and finance teams to deliver on project goals.
- Synthesize information, build frameworks, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Use AI tools and financial software to accelerate work and improve output quality.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
- Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- A proven track record of taking ownership and completing tasks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment.
