About the role#
The Performance Marketing team manages paid investment across channels like Google and Meta to drive customer acquisition. As an intern, you will own day-to-day campaigns and manage their full-funnel performance. This role is a chance to apply data-driven strategies to financial growth.
What you'll do#
- Manage and optimize daily performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and paid social platforms.
- Monitor spend, pacing, and performance against specific targets.
- Analyze campaign data to spot trends, identify insights, and suggest optimizations.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track results and share findings with the marketing team.
- Run A/B tests on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with growth and analytics teams to ensure budget allocation is grounded in data.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
- Comfort working with data and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work as a self-starter with minimal oversight.

- Location: Menlo Park, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
- Status: Full-time and paid internship.
