About the role#
As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you will join the Marketing & Operations team. You will work with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy through data-driven insights. This role provides exposure to product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Structure strategic projects across core business functions.
- Execute end-to-end data analytics projects, from data cleaning to presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Design analytical tools and processes to improve internal and external reporting.
- Use tools like Claude and Databricks Genie to assist in your analytical workflows.
- Brainstorm and launch projects to track KPIs and identify strategic issues.
- Learn the company ecosystem, including internal systems, marketing channels, and university partner workflows.
- Collaborate with Directors and VPs to communicate findings and influence business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an active student in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and Excel modeling.
- Ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience cleaning data, extracting insights, and presenting takeaways to leadership.
- An agile workstyle.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.

- The term runs from January 2027 to June 2027.
