About the role#
As a Marketing & Operations Strategy Co-Op, you will gain exposure to functional and commercial strategies across our product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services functions. You will work on a cross-functional project basis to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver strategic recommendations. You will receive mentorship from senior leadership while helping to shape key strategic initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development.
- Gather and analyze data to identify key performance indicators and provide insights on performance trends.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and create actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives, including process reengineering.
- Form a deep understanding of company processes, systems, tools, and the broader market ecosystem.
What you'll need#
- Must be a currently enrolled, active student for the Spring 2027 term.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis to deliver data-driven insights.
- Strong project management skills, including frameworking and task prioritization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
