About the role#
As an Analytics Solutions Co-op, you will join the Analytics Solutions team to support data-driven projects. You will work closely with senior leaders, including Directors and VPs, to help shape business strategy. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence across marketing, performance, and enrollment domains.
What you'll do#
- Support end-to-end analytics projects by pulling and cleaning data.
- Write and optimize SQL queries in Databricks to prepare and validate datasets.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, including work on semantic models and DAX measures.
- Conduct exploratory analyses, such as funnel, cohort, and performance tracking, to surface key metrics.
- Use AI tools like Claude and Databricks Genie to assist in your daily analytical workflows.
- Communicate insights and hypotheses to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of company systems, data processes, and internal tools.
What you'll need#
- You must be an active, enrolled student in Spring 2027.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to execute quantitative analysis and provide data-driven insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to present complex findings to various stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Relevant coursework in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Modality: Remote.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
