About the role#
As an intern at Rider Levett Bucknall, you will work directly with project managers and construction engineers. You will help define project goals, create work plans, and manage implementation strategies to meet client needs. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to add value and ensuring projects reach their desired outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing project goals, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Participate in revising project components.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-making issues.
- Build strategies to gain community awareness and support for projects.
- Coordinate with program committees, advisory groups, and project partners.
- Measure and communicate project performance.
- Collaborate with the team to reach project goals.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year college program in architecture, construction management, or engineering science.
- At least 2 years of experience from school or work.
- A proactive, positive approach to your work.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to use a computer and handle telephone communications.
